At Margaux, shipping is always free on every order worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates from the shipment date and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed after shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Contact us if you have not received tracking information within 5 business days.
International Orders and Customs
We ship worldwide for free. International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refusing customs fees does not qualify an order for a refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please check nearby locations and wait 24 hours before contacting your carrier.
If your package is still missing after 3 business days, please contact us.
For damaged items, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot change addresses after shipment.
