Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
- Item must be in original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and free from signs of use.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, used, altered, or customer-damaged items.
- Items returned after the 30-day return period.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
How to Return
- Email support@margaux.com with the subject: "Return Request — Order #[number]".
- Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return.
- We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable.
